Lead Carpenter
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage carpentry projects from start to finish
Perform high-quality framing and finishing carpentry
Ensure projects meet specifications and safety standards
Collaborate with subcontractors and other team members
Mentor and train junior carpenters
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in framing and finishing carpentry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment
Valid driver’s license
